— Reginald Davis, 48, of 29 buckner St. Apt. A, was charged Tuesday with fleeing or evading police.
Reports
— At 1:30 p.m. Saturday, Trish R. Hatler of 119 Fieldstone Way reported that someone took a life-size stuffed witch from the front of her home.
— At 9 a.m. Tuesday, George C. Gibson of 410 David Lane reported that someone damaged the windshield on his truck. A neighbor, Ralph D. Chambers of 303 Baker Court, stopped and said someone threw a rock at his kitchen window. A third resident, William W. Taylor of 27 Lynnway Drive, said someone took an ornamental horse statue from a flower bed in front of his house.
Accident
— At 1 p.m. Tuesday, deputies responded to an injury accident on Colby Road in which Larcena P. Powell of Clay City, was stopped on Colby Road delivering mail. A second driver, Jake R. Welch of 118 Central Ave., struck Powell's vehicle form behind. Welch told deputies he was distracted by items shifting in the floor and did not see Powell's vehicle. Powell was transported to Clark Regional Medical Center with unspecified injuries.
