Kings Mountain's Mason made a Colonel

Congressman Ben Chandler stopped by the Lincoln County Democratic Party Rally at the high school on Saturday night and presented Millard Mason, 89, with a certificate from Governor Steve Beshear, making him a Kentucky Colonel.  Mason, a life-long resident of Kings Mountain, is a farmer and World War II veteran.
