— John C. James II, failure to signal, dismissed; driving under the influence, pleaded guilty, fined, 90-day license suspension.
—Cayce C. Banker, receiving stolen property under $10,000, amended to criminal attempt, pleaded guilty, 180 days, 178 days conditionally discharged.
— Jeffrey L. Barnett, first-degree trafficking in a controlled substance, waived to grand jury.
— Joshua R. Blevins, fugitive from another state, waived extradition.
— Christopher A. christian, theft by unlawful taking, pleaded guilty, 10 days; fugitive from another state (two counts), waived extradition.
— Ronnie H. Holbrook, theft by unlawful taking, amended to criminal attempt, pleaded guilty, 180 days, 150 days conditionally discharged.
— John I. Huguely, attempted receiving stolen property, pleaded guilty.
— Michael E. Insco, first-degree trafficking in a controlled substance, waived to grand jury.
— Tony Lafoe, theft of  services, dismissed.
— Frances A. Martin, first-degree possession of a controlled substance, amended to criminal attempt, pleaded guilty, 30 days, 28 days conditionally discharged; possession of drug paraphernalia, dismissed.

— Paul M. thornton, first-degree trafficking in a controlled substance, waived to grand jury.
— Jennifer L. Watts, receiving stolen property under $10,000, amended to criminal attempt, pleaded guilty, 180 days conditionally discharged.

—Joseph Caudill, attempted second-degree criminal possession of a forged instrument, pleaded guilty, 45 days; contempt of court, dismissed.
— Tonya Noble, theft by unlawful taking, pleaded guilty, 30 days conditionally discharged; contempt of court, dismissed.
— Rachel Smith, theft by unlawful taking, pleaded guilty, 45 days.
— Thomas W. vice Jr., possession of drug paraphernalia, pleaded guilty, 30 days conditionally discharged; possession of marijuana, pleaded guilty, fined.
— Larry G. dunn, careless driving, dismissed; driving under the influence (second offense), pleaded guilty, 12 month license suspension, fined, 14 days.
