Adaleigh Grace Michelle Welch, 11 days, daughter of Jessy K. Welch and Kenneth Wingard, died Oct. 18.  Additional survivors include her maternal grandparents, Romeo and Angela Welch Jr., and paternal grandparents Kevin and Jamie Wingard.
