— Michael Blanding, first-degree sexual abuse, pleaded guilty, recommended two years, sentencing Dec. 8.
— Jermaine David Hartsfield, conspiracy to traffic in controlled substance, pleaded guilty, recommended three years, sentencing Nov. 10.
— Mitchell Shane Griffith, conspiracy to traffic in a controlled substance, pleaded guilty, recommended three years; first-degree possession of a controlled substance, pleaded guilty, recommended one year consecutive; second-degree persistent felony offender, dismissed; sentencing Nov. 10.

— Craig Phillips Pack, conspiracy to traffic in a controlled substance, pleaded guilty, recommended three years, sentencing Nov. 10, 2011.
— Randall Robert Hagan, first-degree fleeing or evading police, pleaded guilty, recommended two years; first-degree wanton endangerment, pleaded guilty, recommended two years concurrent; first-degree possession of a controlled substance, pleaded guilty, recommended two years concurrent; resisting arrest, pleaded guilty, 30 days; second-degree persistent felony offender, dismissed; sentencing Nov. 10.
— Simeon Mullins, first-degree fleeing or evading police, pleaded guilty, recommended one year; first-degree wanton endangerment (two counts), pleaded guilty, recommended one year; second-degree fleeing or evading police, pleaded guilty, recommended 30 days; driving under the influence, pleaded guilty, five days, fined, 90 day license suspension; resisting arrest, pleaded guilty, 30 days; reckless driving, pleaded guilty, fined; sentencing Dec. 8.
— Michelle Lee Rison, making false statement to receive benefits, pleaded guilty, recommended five years probation, sentencing Dec. 8.
— David Randall Walden, second-degree burglary, pleaded guilty, recommended five years; receiving stolen property under $10,000, amended to misdemeanor, pleaded guilty, recommended six months; receiving stolen property (firearm), pleaded guilty, recommended one year; convicted felon in possession of a handgun, pleaded guilty, recommended five years; second-degree persistent felony offender, dismissed; sentenced to six years.
— Shannon Lynn Strange, receiving stolen property under $10,000, amended to misdemeanor, pleaded guilty, 180 days, fined.
— Henry Williams, second-degree criminal possession of a forged instrument (two counts), pleaded guilty, recommended two years; second-degree criminal possession of a forged instrument, pleaded guilty, recommended one year consecutive; theft by deception under $10,000, pleaded guilty, recommended two years; theft by deception under $500 (seven counts), pleaded guilty, recommended 30 days; first-degree escape, pleaded guilty, recommended five years; first-degree persistent felony offender, dismissed; sentencing Dec. 8.
— Johnny Wayne Christopher, second-degree robbery, sentenced to six years; second-degree persistent felony offender, sentenced to six years consecutive.
—Howard Wayne Gross, first-degree trafficking in a controlled substance, sentenced to two years.
— Robert W. Rice, promoting sexual performance by a minor under 16 years of age, amended to possession of material portraying the sexual performance by a minor, pleaded guilty, recommended five years, sentencing Dec. 8.
