— Spencer H. Ballard, 20, no address given, was charged Monday with possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of a controlled substance.
— Mitchell Brown, 35, of 120 Arlington Road, was charged Monday with driving under the influence.

— At 8:44 a.m. Monday, officers were called to 1533 Bypass Road after someone tried to enter Springleaf Finance.
— At 8:52 a.m. Monday, officers were called to 272 Redwing Drive after a vehicle was vandalized.
— At 9:05 a.m. Monday, officers were called to 1918 Bypass Road after someone broke in and took a money bag.
— At 9:42 a.m. Monday, officers were called to 1529 Bypass Road concerning a burglary.
— At 10:24 a.m. Monday, officers were called to 400 Shoppers Drive concerning a theft from a vehicle.
— At 4:57 a.m. today, Officers were called to 16 S. Highland St. after a man reported that a black male took his wallet which contained cash, credit cards and his food stamp card.
Accident
— At 9:37 p.m. Friday, officers responded to an injury accident on North Maple Street in which a pedestrian was struck by a vehicle. Genevia Ballou of Clay City said she went through the intersection of North Maple Street and Broadway on a green light. She did not see the pedestrian until the impact occurred. The pedestrian, Lucio Toletino, 28, of 2 Burns Ave. Apt. 2, was wearing dark clothes and appeared to be highly intoxicated, police said. He also had a broken leg. He was transported to the University of Kentucky Medical Center in Lexington. A witness confirmed that Ballou had a green light and Toletino walked in front of her.
