Elizabeth M. Wiley, 77, of Winchester, passed away on Monday, Nov. 7 at Clark Regional Medical Center.  
Funeral services will be conducted at 11 a.m. Thursday, Nov. 10 at the Church of the Living God.  
Burial will be in the Clarmont Memorial Gardens.  
Visitation will be from 4 to 8 p.m., Wednesday at the church.
