Nicholasville police reports for Nov. 17

• Christopher L. Preston, 35, 900 Savannah Drive, was arrested Nov. 7 on Brannon Road and charged with operating a motor vehicle under the influence.

• Kayla A. Dunaway, 21, 124 Lynnwood Drive, Lancaster, was arrested Nov. 7 at 1024 N. Main St. and charged with operating a motor vehicle under the influence, possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia.

• Steven C. Armstrong II, 21, 518 W. Brown St., was arrested Nov. 9 at 2048 Lexington Road and charged with theft of property/mislaid/delivered by mistake $10,000 or more.

• Travas Stevens, 29, 109 No. 8 Southview Drive, was arrested Nov. 9 at 109 Southview Drive and charged with possession of burglary tools, resisting arrest and third-degree criminal mischief.

• Tate R. Tolbert, 33, 588 Shaftsbury Road, Lexington, was arrested Nov. 9 at 1024 N. Main St. and charged with theft by unlawful taking.

• Shoshana Sims, 22, 316 Medina Court, Mount Sterling, was arrested Nov. 9 at 1024 N. Main St. and charged with theft by unlawful taking.

• Stuart C. Goodan, 47, 1308 Versie Court, Lexington, was arrested Nov. 9 on Longview Drive and charged with second-degree burglary.

• Cathy J. Fletcher, 55, 337 Imperial Pointe, was arrested Nov. 9 on Lexington Road and charged with operating a motor vehicle under the influence and failure of owner to maintain required insurance.

• Audrey C. Smith, 58, 220 Marksbury Ave., Apt. D4, Lancaster, was arrested Nov. 10 on Danville Road near Camp Nelson and charged with reckless driving, failure of owner to maintain required insurance and operating a motor vehicle under the influence.

• Danny C. Gossett, 42, 108 Cloverdale Drive, was arrested Nov. 10 on Edgewood Drive and charged with operating a motor vehicle under the influence.

• David P. Powers, 18, 124 Carolyn Lane, was arrested Nov. 11 on Maple Leaf Lane and charged with operating a motor vehicle under the influence.

• George T. Simpson, 36, 155 Sycamore Lane, was arrested Nov. 13 on Hickory Hill Drive and charged with alcohol intoxication in a public place.
