It is so good of all the people who work so hard to make Veterans Day at the armory a huge success. We want to give a special thanks to Sharon Martin, who organized getting all the food, servers, prizes, shuttle carts and other volunteers. The veterans of the area were well honored, and we appreciate being remembered. A sincere thanks and God bless them all.
Also, we want to send a great big public thank you to Applebee’s for the wonderful meals they provided for veterans all day on Veterans Day last Friday. There was a choice of several delicious entrees, and all the help was friendly and courteous.
We had a truly delightful meal, definitely worth the wait, and our server was the best! Applebee’s surely is your friendly, neighborhood restaurant. Thanks again for honoring our veterans.
