HARRODSBURG — Harrodsburg police are looking for man who robbed a tobacco store at knifepoint Friday afternoon while wearing a surgical mask.
According to police, the man entered C & M Discount Tobacco Shop on North College Street about 3:50 p.m. and used a knife to subdue the clerk.
The man took about $800 from the register before fleeing the store on foot.
The robber was described a white male, about 5 feet, 8 inches tall with a slender build and close-cropped hair. In addition to the surgical type mask, the man was wearing a black cap and black coveralls, police said.
