LANCASTER — The following people were indicted recently by a Garrard County grand jury:
- Stephanie Houndshell, 38, and Johnnie Hurt, 34, both of 111 Myers Court, trafficking in oxycodone for allegedly selling the drug to a police informant on Sept. 23. Bonds were set at $10,000 each. KSP detective Keith Addison testified before the grand jury.
- Keith Osborn, 27, of Somerset and Amanda Hoskins, 30, of 117 Richmond St., Lancaster, manufacturing methamphetamine on Sept. 27. Addison testified.
- Larry Howell, 43, of Fall Lick Road, trafficking in oxycodone while in possession of a firearm on Sept. 11. Bond was set at $10,000. Lancaster officer Larry Shearer testified.
