• Kimberly Basham, 37, 222 Butler Blvd., Wilmore, was arrested Nov. 24 at 109 Wichita Drive and charged with second-degree disorderly conduct.
• Carlos Sanchez, 22, 307 Rebel Road, was arrested Nov. 25 on Rebel Road and charged with alcohol intoxication in a public place.
• Steven W. Welch, 19, 243 Jason Drive, was arrested Nov. 26 at 256 Blueberry Lane and charged with theft of a controlled substance and alcohol intoxication in a public place.
