— Julie Moore, 39, of 612 Boone Ave., was charged Tuesday with driving under the influence.

Accidents
— At 7 a.m. Tuesday, deputies responded to an injury accident on Lexington Road in which Willie Sharpe of 229 Oxford Drive was traveling east and lost control of his vehicle. It crossed the center line and struck two oncoming vehicles, driven by Christina Klotz of Mount Sterling and Elijah Hampton of 229 Boone Ave. Sharpe was transported to Clark Regional Medical with unspecified injuries.
— At 10:35 a.m. Tuesday, deputies responded to an injury accident on Irvine Road in which Debra Y. Grace of Irvine lost control of her vehicle in a curve. It ran into a ditch and overturned. She was transported to Clark Regional Medical Center with unspecified injuries.
— At 12:32 p.m. Tuesday, deputies responded to an injury accident on Mount Sterling Road in which Wesley Winegardner of Mount Sterling lost control of his car, went off the road and struck a utility pole. After being extricated from his car, he was transported to Clark Regional Medical Center with unspecified injuries.
