The Jessamine County grand jury convened Monday, Nov. 21, and returned the following results in open court Wednesday, Nov. 23:

• Clint Collins, seven counts of receiving stolen property (firearm)

• Jack Martin, seven counts of receiving stolen property (firearm)

• John Cooper, seven counts of receiving stolen property (firearm)

• Marion Brown, seven counts of receiving stolen property (firearm)

• Phil Collins, seven counts of receiving stolen property (firearm)

• Clint Collins, theft by unlawful taking, more than $500; and first-degree wanton endangerment

• Jesse Reece, second-degree burglary and receiving stolen property

• Anthony James, receiving stolen property, more than $500; and two counts receiving stolen property

• Jeffery Spencer, first-degree promoting contraband

• John Ragan, fourth-degree assault and first-degree wanton endangerment

• Travas Stevens, third-degree burglary

• Raymond T. George, third-degree burglary

• Nathan C. Pelfrey, third-degree burglary

• Nicanor Barojas Santana (alias Benjamin Tapia-Hermandez), first-degree criminal possessions of a forged instrument; 17 counts second-degree criminal possession of a forged instrument; first-degree possession of a controlled substance; and possession of a forgery device

• The grand jury heard evidence regarding Mark and Benjamin Uhrig and approved a subpoena request for bank records

• Mark Uhrig, fraudulent use of a credit card, more than $500, in a six-month period; and theft by unlawful taking, more than $500

• Benjamin Uhrig, fraudulent use of a credit card, more than $500 in a six-month period; and theft by unlawful taking, more than $500

• Randall Long, theft by deception, value $500 or more

• Brian Shearer, four counts theft by unlawful taking, more than $500; 20 counts theft by unlawful taking, value less than $500; and 15 counts second-degree forgery

• Ricky Welch, first-degree trafficking in a controlled substance; second-degree trafficking in a controlled substance; and trafficking in marijuana

• Rebecca Berryman, theft by unlawful taking, more than $500

• Matthew Dunaway, theft by unlawful taking, more than $100,000; and second-degree unlawful transaction with a minor
