Two people were arrested Wednesday after allegedly robbing a woman at gunpoint inside a car.

Bobby D. Ford, 27, and Angie Ford, 34, both of 4999 Iron Works Road, were charged with first-degree robbery following an incident Monday on Highland Sreet.

According to the warrants, Sherry James said the pair pulled a gun on her and took her purse. She was then punched in the head and thrown from a moving car, according to the documents.

The warrants indicated there were other people in the vehicle at the time of the incident.

The Fords were arrested Wednesday but have not been arraigned yet. They are each being held in the Clark County Detention Center on $25,000 cash bonds.
