Boyle County Grand Jury indicts 22

The following people were indicted recently by a Boyle County grand jury:

  • Michael Ashby, 22, 44 Shakerpoint Drive, alleged possession of cocaine and marijuana on Oct. 21. Bond was set at $1,000. Danville Officer Pedro Lemos testified before the grand jury.
  • Ryan T. Buaghman, 20, 1280 Harberson Lane, two counts of allegedly trafficking in cocaine on March 21 and April 13. Bond was set at $20,000. Kentucky State Police Detective Keith Addison testified.
  • Stevie Berry, 55, of Junction City, alleged possession of cocaine on Aug. 5. Bond was set at $5,000. Danville Officer Rick Sellers testified.
  • Jeremy Bodner, 35, of Junction City, two counts of criminal mischief and wanton endangerment for allegedly damaging property belonging to T.J. Benedict and Bonnie Finley, and putting Patty Baudenlistel in danger of injury while wantonly operating a vehicle, all on Sept. 23. Bond was set at $5,000. Deputy Al Isaacs testified.
  • Kandy M. Cummins, 38, of Perryville, theft more than $500, fourth-offense driving under the influence, third-offense driving on suspended licence and two counts of criminal mischief, for allegedly being drunk when she stole a vehicle belonging to Howard Carpenter Floors on Oct. 23 and damaging that vehicle and property belonging to Darrell Young. Bond was set at $25,000. Sheriff Marty Elliott testified.
  • Joshua Denson, 29, 4125 Hustonville Road, theft less than $500 and burglary for allegedly entering buildings owned by Gary Logston and taking extention cords on July 5. Bond was set at $5,000. Deputy Brian Wofford testified.
  • Lamar Ford, 24, of Junction City, five counts of alleged second-offense trafficking cocaine in March and April. Bond was set at $60,000. Addison testified.
  • Misty Lee Gosser, 30, of Hustonville, allegedly trafficking in methadone on June 15. Bond was set at $10,000. Addison testified.
  • Donnie Graves II, 36, 944 Westwood Court, flagrant nonsupport for allegedly falling more than $5,000 behind on child support payments. Bond was set at $5,000. John Hendrickson testified.
  • n William C. Lay, 35, of Stanford, allegedly trafficking in oxycodone on July 12. Bond was set at $10,000. Wofford testified.
  • Cecil Lear, 30, of Lexington, two counts of flagrant nonsupport for allegedly falling more than $5,000 behind on child support payments for two minor children. Bond was set at $10,000. Hendrickson testified.
  • Brandon Lofton, 23, 111 Aspen Drive, four counts of allegedly trafficking in cocaine in March, April and August. Bond was set at $35,000. Addison testified.
  • Autumn Lynn, 28, 1033 Regency Road, public assistance fraud for allegedly failing to report changes affecting her eligibility for public assistance. Bond was set at $5,000. Tony Baize testified.
  • Danny L. Lynn, 45, 480 Rankin Road, alleged cultivation of more than five marijuana plants on Sept. 25. Bond was set at $5,000. Deputy Chris Stratton testified. 
  • Amy Miller and Brian Miller, both 35 and of Junction City, allegedly trafficking in oxycodone and alprazolam on Aug. 22. Bond was set at $20,000 each. Wofford testified.
  • Brian K. Moore, 26, 130 Albany Circle, theft more than $500 for allegely taking fuel from Countryside Repair Inc. in May and June. Bond was set at $5,000.¿Danville Officer Lisa Graff testified.
  • Arlus Morgan, 28, 35 Silver Tree Lane, forgery for allegedly possessing a forged $5 bill on April 26. Bond was set at $10,000. Danville Officer Phillip Dean testified.
  • Cassie Saylor, 29, of Mount Vernon, promoting contraband for allegedly introducing illegal material to the Boyle County Detention Center on Nov. 11. Bond was set at $5,000. Todd Wren testified.
  • Deedra E. Shipp, 22, of Stanford, second-degree escape for allegedly failing to return to the Boyle County Detention Center on July 25. Bond was set at $5,000. Jailer Barry Harmon testified.
  • Cassandra R. Stevens, 27, of Junction City, alleged possession of methamphetamine on Sept. 27. Bond was set at $5,000. Danville Officer Mike Ashurst testified.
  • Dustin Williams, 34, of Burgin, allegedly trafficking in methadone on June 15. Bond was set at $10,000. Addison testified.
