An autopsy performed today in Frankfort determined no apparent cause of death for a 32-year-old Hustonville woman, Crystal Hager.
Authorities are still awaiting toxicology results, Lincoln County Deputy Coroner Donnie Gilliam said.
Hager’s husband, Thomas Wayne Hager Jr., told Lincoln County Sheriff Curt Folger he awoke from a nap Monday and could not find his wife. He then went to her mother’s house nearby to look for her before returning home and noticing his wife’s body on the floor between a couch and table.
“Her husband called Monday at approximately 2:45 p.m. EMS had already arrived when I got there. The subject was on the floor. Her husband had attempted CPR,” Folger said. He estimated the woman had been dead for three to four hours by this time.
According to Folger, foul play is not suspected.
