Arrests
— Jimmy Glosser, 50, no address given, was charged Sunday with theft by deception.
— Shannon N. Hammons, 31, of 357 W. Washington St., was charged Saturday with leaving the scene of an accident, failure to notify of address change and was served a warrant.
— Kyla G. Kline, 24, of 221 College St., Apt. 2, was charged Sunday with buying and possessing drug paraphernalia.
— Karie L. May, 42, of 316 Essex Court, was charged Sunday with theft by unlawful taking.
— Michael A. Planck, 21, of 414 Tremont Lane, was charged Friday with possession of marijuana and buying and possessing drug paraphernalia.
— Holly Taylor, no age given, of 125 N. Highland St., Apt. 4, was charged Sunday with harassing communication.
— William D. Wills, 33, of 3 Chickadee Lane, was charged Saturday with criminal trespassing.
Reports
— At 9:56 a.m. Friday, a woman reported her daughter’s credit card stolen. The card had been used online to purchase $1,000 worth of merchandise.
— At 11:13 a.m. Saturday, a person reported a phone stolen from 1464 W. Lexington Ave.
— At 3:06 p.m. Saturday, officials at Rent-a-Center, 1966 Bypass Road, reported a theft.
— At 9:51 p.m. Saturday, a person reported a breaking and entering at 225 Oxford Drive. The resident had been gone for three weeks and the breaking and entering happened during that time.
— At 2:32 p.m. Sunday, a person reported a Dodge Stratus truck was vandalized at 145 Magnolia St.
