Mobile vet center in Winchester today
The Lexington Veterans Center will have its mobile vet center at the Winchester-Clark County Bluegrass Community and Technical College campus today to talk about VA benefits and to promote veteran issues from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m.
Fiscal Court meets Wednesday
The Clark County Fiscal Court will meet at 9:30 a.m. Wednesday. Items on the agenda include a presentation from Todd Denham on new industries in Clark County, a vote on the approval of the interlocal agreement between the county and the City of Winchester concerning tax revenue from the new and current hospital, and a vote on a first reading of an ordinance to amend and revise the Clark County employee policy and procedure manual relating to vacation leave.
The meeting will be in the fiscal courtroom in the Clark County Courthouse and is open to the public.
