Bobby Langford: Feb. 7, 1936 - Jan. 21, 2012

Bobby Buiel Langford, 75, Nicholasville, husband of Ellen Bennett Langford, died Saturday at home. He was born Feb. 7, 1936, in Bush Creek to the late Elmer and Linnie Woodrum Langford. He was a Vietnam veteran of the U.S. Navy, a self-employed truck driver and member of the Christian faith. Other survivors include two daughters, Sandy Bain and Shari Presley, both of Jessamine County; two brothers; one sister; five grandchildren; and seven great-grandchildren. Services were 12:30 p.m. Tuesday at New Hope Fellowship Church in Nicholasville. Visitation was from 11:30 a.m. until service at the church. Memorial contributions suggested to The Food Pantry, Nicholasville Christian Church, 104 S. 2nd St., Nicholasville, KY 40356. Sims Funeral Services, Harrodsburg, in charge of arrangements.
