• Leslie G. Rutherford, 30, 212 Ridge Crest Drive, was arrested Jan. 20 at Johnson Avenue and charged with possession of a controlled substance and tampering with physical evidence.
• Todd W. Heath, 61, 302 Imperial Pointe, was arrested Jan. 28 at that address and charged with alcohol intoxication in a public place.
• Daniel W. Profitt, 45, 119 Garnet Drive, was arrested Jan. 26 at 1024 N. Main St. and charged with TBUT/shoplifting.
• Howard F. Morton, 52, 109 Terrance Ave., was arrested Jan. 26 at Peachtree Road and North Main Street (The Pocket) and charged with operating a motor vehicle under the influence.
• Helen Music, 28, 2460 High Bridge Road, was arrested Jan. 26 at Hardee’s and charged with DUI second and possession of drug paraphernalia.
• James D. Kouns, 29, 334 Courchelle Drive, was arrested Jan. 26 at Hardee’s and charged with public intoxication, possession of paraphernalia, possession of a controlled substance first, and possession of a controlled substance.
• Lisa K. West, 38, 3030 Lexington Road, was arrested Jan. 22 at Imperial Way and was charged with driving under the influence and possession of an open alcohol container.
