Robin E. “Robby” Hudson, 59, of Winchester, husband of Paula Gullette Hudson, passed away Friday at the V.A. Hospital in Lexington.
A native of Lafayette, Ind., he was born May 6, 1952, to the late Clyde E. Hudson and Evelyn Richardson Hudson, who survives in Winchester. He was a veteran of the United States Marines, former supervisor for East Kentucky Power for 29 years, member of the Baptist faith, avid boater and loved playing the drums along with the classics.
In addition to his mother and wife, he is survived by three daughters, Brooke (Gary) Wasson of Winchester, Sarah Jane (Ronnie) Snowden of Winchester and April (Charles) Thomas of Lexington; one son, Brewster Hudson of Winchester; grandchildren, Cooper Wasson, Hudson Clay Wasson, Molly Claire Wasson and Oliver Snowden; sisters, Dianne (Jim) Arledge, Bonnie (Larry) Morris and Sherry (Tony) Ortiz; along with numerous nieces and nephews.
Funeral services will be Tuesday at 1 p.m. at the Rolan G. Taylor Funeral Home, 289 S. Main St., with the Revs. Pat Finley and Brian Walton officiating.
