FEBRUARY 9

1:38 a.m., loud music complaint from Old Shakertown Road residence; assistance given.

1:50 a.m., officer out with a possible shoplifter at Speedway; subject was under the influence; arrest made.

3:43 a.m. report that a male just bought lithium batteries at Walmart and is now sitting in a black car in the parking lot; subject is waiting on two other males who the caller believes may be trying to purchase meth precursors also.

9:26 a.m., 2- to 3-year-old child on 911 claims to be home alone; officer assisted and said everything was OK and that the child was playing on the phone and the father was asleep.

12:45 p.m., a male in a brown car has pulled into Meadow Run Apartments entrance and is assaulting a female; victim refused any paperwork; arrest made.

1:15 p.m., business on South Fourth Street allowed a male to leave his car in the parking lot yesterday due to a flat tire; several subjects have stopped and looked into the vehicle today; assistance given.

2:04 p.m., report of a three- or four-vehicle accident between Danville and Lancaster; accident was located in Garrard County.

2:05 p.m., verbal altercation between a male and female outside Daniel Drive business; they are now inside the lobby and are calm, but the employee is still requesting an officer; subjects escorted out of the office.

4:18 p.m., caller observed a silver-colored car heading west on U.S. 150 from Danville where a small child was standing up between the legs of the front-seat passenger.

6:15 p.m., male requests an officer check on the welfare of a female who is beating on and yelling and crying at the back door of a Nicholas Street residence.

8:09 p.m., carbon monoxide detector has been activated at Wilderness Road residence; additional call received from the same address about a landlord-tenant dispute; assistance given.

8:34 p.m., vehicle stop on Hustonville Road; arrest made.

9:25 p.m., report that a 50-year-old female at Highland Court residence has been drinking and is now shaking and having difficulty breathing; subject refused assistance.

9:30 p.m., report that there are three males outside Bonnie Court residence who are trying to start an altercation with caller’s boyfriend.
