Charged
— Tyler Joseph Robinson, 23, of 638 Stoner Ephesus Road, was charged Monday with second-degree fleeing or evading police.

Reports
— At 10:47 a.m. Monday, officers were called to 415 Magnolia St. concerning the theft of a cell phone.
— At 2:55 p.m. Monday, officers were called to 102 Buffalo Trace after a man allegedly kicked in a door to the residence. Tyler Joseph Robinson was arrested and charged with second-degree fleeing or evading police.
— At 4:11 p.m. Monday, officers were called to 6 A St. after someone entered through a window and took two televisions and a PlayStation 3.
— At 9:14 p.m. Monday, officers were called to 622 Banana St. after someone broke into a home and took several items.
