Nicholasville police reports for March 22

March 21, 2012

• Willie R. Coulter, 38, 104 Oakmont Drive, was arrested March 16 at the same address and charged with fourth-degree assault domestic violence with no visible injury.

• Whitney D. Garner, 22, 125 Olivia Drive, was arrested March 17 at the same address and charged with fourth-degree assault domestic violence with minor injury.

• Tanya Harris, 38, (no street address) P.O. Box 135, was arrested March 12 at North Main Street at Walgreens, and charged with no operator’s/moped license, operating a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol/drugs and endangering the welfare of a minor.

• Christopher A. Atkerson, 33, 100 Grapevine Court, was arrested March 12 at Orange Blossom and John Sutherland Drive and charged with second-offense driving under the influence of alcohol/drugs with aggravated circumstance, failure to use child restraint, and failure to illuminate headlamps.

• John D. Culver, 29, 1201 Shun Pike, was arrested March 17, and charged with violation of Kentucky EPO/DVO.

• Ciara Guarniere, 23, 108 Woodlawn Court, was arrested March 17 at Edgewood Drive near Shun Pike and charged with public intoxication of a controlled substance — excludes alcohol.

• Joseph Culver, 27, 108 Woodlawn Court, was arrested March 17 at Edgewood Drive near Shun Pike and charged with public intoxication of a controlled substance — excludes alcohol.

• Ronald B. Best, 34, 428 Edgewood Drive, was arrested March 16 at Walmart and charged with theft by unlawful taking or disposition, shoplifting.

• Jessie Sparks, 38, 435 Bellechase Lane, was arrested March 17 at the same address and charged with public intoxication of a controlled substance — excludes alcohol.

• Timothy I. Proffitt, 43, 234 Savannah Drive, was arrested March 16 at 1024 N. Main St., Walmart, and charged with theft by unlawful taking or disposition, shoplifting.

• Zachary D. Setness, 18, 140 Madonna Drive, was arrested March 15 at 1024 N. Main St., Walmart, and charged with public intoxication.

• Tracy N. Davis, 39, 102 Coconut Drive, was arrested March 15 at 1024 N. Main St., Walmart, and charged with theft by unlawful taking or disposition, shoplifting; and third-degree criminal trespassing.

• Damien C. Hart, 26, 438 Edgewood Drive, was arrested March 14 and charged with first-degree possession of a controlled substance, third-degree possession of a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia and public intoxication.
