— Nikola Bailey, theft by unlawful taking, pleaded guilty, seven days, no Dollar General.

— Cayce Banker, theft by unlawful taking, pleaded guilty, 10 days, no Dollar General.

— Cayce Banker, theft by unlawful taking, pleaded guilty, 10 days, restitution, no Walmart.

— Gary D. Flannery, alcohol intoxication, pleaded guilty, two days; second-degree fleeing or evading police, pleaded guilty, 30 days.

— Betty S. Jardine, advertising drug paraphernalia, pleaded guilty, fined; receiving stolen property under $500, pleaded guilty, 180 days, 166 days conditionally discharged.

— John N. Kesterman, fourth-degree assault, amended to disorderly conduct, pleaded guilty, 60 days, 50 days conditionally discharged.
