— Verlon E. Johnson, driving under the influence, pleaded guilty, fined, 30-day license suspension.
— Daniel L. Smith, fourth-degree assault, stipulated to probable cause, dismissed.
— Nikola Bailey, theft by unlawful taking, pleaded guilty, seven days, no Dollar General.
— Cayce Banker, theft by unlawful taking, pleaded guilty, 10 days, no Dollar General.
