Danville police blotter for March 26

MARCH 26

1:25 a.m., report of a possible domestic altercation on Highland Court where the neighbors are drunk and yelling at each other; assistance given.

1:30 a.m., possible prowler is at caller's residence on West Walnut Street; a rock was thrown at the bedroom window and someone rattled the door knob and the interior light was on in her vehicle; unable to locate.

8:51 a.m., female is advising that her ex-husband has taken some of her personal paperwork from the residence and she needs assistance getting them back; officer advised this will be a civil matter.

9:02 a.m., caller is reporting that an abandoned apartment on North Fifth Street has the basement door kicked in and a brick is through a window; abandoned building was cleared and there is no owner information.

9:08 a.m., report of burglary to business on Finn Hill Drive.

12:35 p.m., report that a rocking chair has been stolen off front porch on Caldwell Street.

12:58 p.m., officer investigating at Boyle County Detention Center; subject declined an interview.

1:45 p.m., two males are on the ground on Wilderness Road; unknown if they are fighting or need help; both subjects checked out OK.

3:15 p.m., report that small children have been left unattended for an extended period of time in parking lot at Suntan City,

3:46 p.m., caller's ex-boyfriend has threatened to harm her.

5:48 p.m., report that a red pickup truck is parked in an empty lot on Regency Drive; caller believes the male driver may be planning on stealing the equipment there.

9:45 p.m., vehicle enforcement on Highland Court; arrest made.

9:57 p.m., two-vehicle accident at the bypass and Hustonville Road.

11:16 p.m., caller is requesting extra patrol  due to her daughter's ex-boyfriend making threats; caller said the subject was intoxicated on meth, Zanex and alcohol and was driving a car but doesn't have a license; he is looking for the caller's daughter who left him earlier today due to a domestic disturbance; 11:47 p.m., female caller called back and advised the male subject may be armed with a shotgun.
