Boyle library closed Sunday
The Boyle County Public Library will be closed Sunday in observance of Easter.
Upcoming Garrard library events
There will be no story hours this week. Other Garrard County Public Library events for this week include:
- Basic sign language class — 1 p.m. every Tuesday in April. The class will be good for those learning sign language for the first time or those who want to brush up on their skills. The class is free; registration is required by calling (859) 792-3424.
- Lancaster Ladies Book Club — 12:15 p.m. Thursday. The book discussion group meets every month and discusses a variety of books. New members are welcome.
Meetings
Danville City Commission — 5:30 p.m.¿Tuesday at city hall for a¿special meeting to discuss the city manager hiring process and whether to reconvene the Citizens Committee.
