Charged
— Michael T. Caudill, 30, of 111 Calloway St., was charged Sunday with third-degree possession of a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia and prescription controlled substance not in proper container.
— Chelsie M. Cole, 22, of 525 N. Main St., was charged Thursday with theft by unlawful taking.
— Robert Scott Reed, 38, of Jackson, was charged Thursday with theft by unlawful taking and giving an officer a false name.

Reports
— At 10:09 a.m. Thursday, a woman reported her purse, her phone and medication stolen.
— At 12:21 p.m. Thursday, a woman reported that a known suspect entered her residence at 9777 Muddy Creek Road and stole something.
— At 3:24 p.m. Thursday, someone threw a rock at a mail truck at 300 W. Washington St. and broke the window.
— At 10:53 a.m. Friday, police received a report that a couple who rented an apartment left and took most of the items furnished for the apartment with them.
— At 11:59 a.m. Saturday, police responded to a report of larceny at 108 S. Main St.
