Lela Davison: April 5, 2012

Lela Marie Davison, 101, of Wesley Village, formerly of Mesa, Ariz., died Thursday, April 5. She was a native of Colorado and the widow of Earl Davison, who died in 1982. Mrs. Davison was a registered nurse, having worked for Denver General Hospital. She had a passion for taking care of people and loved to quilt, knit, crochet, sew and garden. Survivors are son Ralph and Mary Davison of Nicholasville, grandchildren Kerry and Allan Davison, and great-grandchildren Hunter, Spencer and Drake. She was preceded in death by daughter Patricia Witt. In keeping with her wishes, she will be cremated and laid to rest with her husband in Arizona. Cremation is under the direction of Hager & Cundiff Funeral Home.
