Anna Jean Proffitt Warner, widow of T.H. Warner, passed away Friday, April 13.
She was an 89-year-old native of Frenchburg, daughter of the late Preston James and Susie Mae Patrick Proffitt, a homemaker and member of the Baptist church.
She is survived by three daughters, Wanda (Dwayne) Martin and LaQueta Orr, both of Winchester, and Frieda Sparks of Florida; three sons, Clayton (Emmalou) Warner of Nevada, Raymond (Peggy) Warner of North Carolina and Jerrold (Sherry) Warner of Winchester; 19 grandchildren; 34 great-grandchildren; 13 great-great-grandchildren; and a sister, Evelyn Marie Hudson of Mount Sterling.
Visitation will be Tuesday, April 17, from 6 to 8 p.m. at Herald & Stewart Home for Funerals in Mount Sterling, with burial in Machpelah Cemetery at 1 p.m. Wednesday.
