The following cases were resolved in Clark Circuit Court April 12 with Judge Julia Hylton Adams presiding.

— Valerie Akers, complicity to second-degree burglary, pleaded guilty, sentenced to five years; second-degree persistent felony offender, dismissed.
— Steven Bruce Daugherty, second-degree burglary, pleaded guilty sentenced to five years; second-degree persistent felony offender, dismissed.
— Marcus R. Osborne, first-degree trafficking in a controlled substance, pleaded guilty, recommended five years, sentencing May 17.
— Timothy Matthew Tipton, flagrant non-support, pleaded guilty, recommended two years; second-degree persistent felony offender, dismissed; sentencing May 17.
— Angela Smith Turner, first-degree trafficking in a controlled substance, pleaded guilty, recommended one year; possession of drug paraphernalia, pleaded guilty, recommended 12 months; sentencing May 17.
— Maranda Lynn Farris-Evans, first-degree trafficking in a controlled substance, amended to first-degree possession of a controlled substance, pleaded guilty, recommended two years; tampering with physical evidence, dismissed; sentencing May 17.
— Branden K. Willoughby, first-degree criminal mischief, pleaded guilty, recommended one year; second-degree criminal mischief, pleaded guilty, recommended 30 days; third-degree burglary, pleaded guilty, recommended one year; theft by unlawful taking, pleaded guilty, recommended one year; tampering with physical evidence, pleaded guilty, recommended one year; sentencing May 17.
— William J. Thornton, first-degree criminal mischief, pleaded guilty, recommended one year; second-degree criminal mischief, pleaded guilty, recommended 30 days; third-degree burglary, pleaded guilty, recommended one year; theft by unlawful taking, pleaded guilty, recommended one year; tampering with physical evidence, pleaded guilty, recommended one year; sentencing May 17.
— Billy Jack Bowles, second-degree assault, sentenced to five years.
— Monica Bybee, first-degree trafficking in a controlled substance, sentenced to six years.
— Robert Alvin Campbell, second-degree assault, sentenced to five years.
— Mark Henderson, second-degree robbery, sentenced to seven and a half years.
— James Abner, second-degree robbery, sentenced to five and a half years.
— Jessica Prater, receiving stolen property (six counts), sentenced to one year, probated for five years.
— Junior Lawson, receiving stolen property (three counts), sentenced to one year each, to run concurrently; first-degree fleeing or evading police, sentenced to one year concurrent; convicted felon in possession of a firearm, sentenced to three years concurrent.
— Tara June Phillips, probation violation, stipulated to violation, sentenced to one year.
