Boyle County grand jury indicts three for alleged February home invasion

Others indicted were: 

• Justin Allen, 20, and Chelsea R. Robertson, 19, both of 402 W. Broadway, and Andrew Blevins, 20, of Junction City, each charged with burglary, theft more than $500 and fraudulent use of a credit card for allegedly breaking into Lorie and John Welsh III’s home on March 14, taking a purse, iPhone, cash and other contents, and using John Welsh’s credit card to obtain cash or merchandise. Bonds were set at $10,000 each. Ladd testified before the grand jury.
• Anita Carol Harris, 56, of 129 Cheryl Lane, making false statements to obtain benefits for allegedly failing to report changes that affected her ability to receive unemployment benefits in 2007 and 2008. Bond was set at $5,000. Joseph Trent testified.
• Justin Hill, 24, of Stanford, and Matthew Rose, 21, of 1089 Shakertown Road, each charged with burglary, theft more than $500 and theft of a firearm for allegedly breaking into the home of Gaston Rose on March 3 and taking a chain saw,  swimming pool cleaner, TV and jewelry, along with a firearm. Hill also was indicted for fleeing police, tampering with evidence, receiving stolen property and possession of cocaine, also on March 3. Bonds were set at $30,000 each. Ladd testified.
• Roy Rose, 33, of 100 S. Buster Pike, and Daniel Messer, 32, of London, burglary and theft more than $500 for allegedly taking batteries, wire and a saw owned by Nancy Davis on March 21. Bonds were set at $10,000 each. Danville Detective Todd Davis testified.
• Adam Money, 26, and William J. Reed, 22, both of Harrodsburg, each charged with burglary and theft under $500 for allegedly breaking into Cedric Stallworths’ home on March 20 and taking alcohol and medication. Bonds were set at $10,000 each. Danville officer Kyle Lyons testified.
• Jamie A. Moore, 34, of 303 Holladay Drive, alleged possession of a forged prescription for oxycodone on Feb. 27 and being a persistent felony offender. Bond was set at $20,000. Danville Detective Patrick McQueen testified.
• Grover Phillips, 55, and Clinton Smith, 37, both of 125 E. Walnut St., cultivation and trafficking in marijuana for allegedly growing more than five marijuana plants and selling them on March 9. Bonds were set at $10,000 each. Danville officer Mike Ashurst testified.
• Danny Travis Pike, 38, 106 Albany Ave., flagrant nonsupport for allegedly falling more than $5,000 behind on child support payments. Bond was set at $5,000. John Hendrickson testified.
• n Herbert C. Smith, 54, of Lexington, flagrant nonsupport for allegedly falling more than $5,000 behind on child support payments. Bond was set at $5,000. Hendrickson testified.
• Vickie Taylor, 36, of Perryville, fraudulent use of a credit card more than $10,000 for allegedly using a credit card belonging Courtney Diane Singleton to obtain cash and merchandise between November 2011 and January 2012. Bond was set at $10,000. Singleton testified.
• Crystal Thomas, 23, and Johnathan Thomas, 24, both of Harrodsburg, allegedly obtaining hydrocodone by fraud on Feb. 21. Bonds were set at $5,000 each. Danville officer Christopher Wentz testified.
• Andrew W. West, 24, of Parksville, six counts of forgery for allegedly having six forged checks totalling $1,500 drawn on Farmers National Bank in February. Bond was set at $10,000. Deputy Sheriff Derek Robbins testified.
