Three Danville men have been indicted by a Boyle County grand jury for allegedly breaking into a home in February and robbing two people at gunpoint.
Shawn Faulkner, 20, of 88 Duncan Hill, and Marcus Beasley, 19, of 425 Patrician Place, were each charged with two counts of first-degree robbery and second-degree burglary. Jauqua Beasley, 24, of 224 North Street, was similarly charged and also faces three counts of being a persistent felony offender.
According to the indictments, the three men broke into Edward Harlan’s home on Feb. 4 while armed. Once inside, they used force and caused injury to Porter Hughes and Jawanda Chambers while taking personal items from them, the indictments state.
Bonds for Faulker and Marcus Beasley were set at $60,000 each while Juaqua Beasley’s bond was set at $100,000. Danville officer Robert Ladd testified before the grand jury.
