— Alvin Crowe, 51, of 137 Mimosa Drive, was charged Sunday with fourth-degree assault.
Accident
— At 10:50 a.m. Wednesday, deputies responded to an injury accident on Interstate 64 in which Susan Parker of 303 Potomac Drive was traveling east on Interstate 64 near the 100 mile marker when a front tire blew on her dump truck. It crossed the median and the westbound lanes before it overturned. Parker was transported to Clark Regional Medical Center with unspecified injuries.
