Police blotter for May 8

MAY 8

12:25 a.m., report that a 21-year-old female may have overdosed; she is breathing but unresponsive; assistance given.

1:06 a.m., landlord/tenant dispute at Bonnie Court residence; caller advised the landlord came and made threats to him over the earlier EMS call; officer spoke with tenant and calmed him down; landlord went to his own apartment; officer advised the tenant has had his disorderly warning for the night.

1:21 a.m., caller from Bonnie Court residence advised the intoxicated neighbor is outside of the residence causing a disturbance and is making threats to burn them out; arrest made.

6:35 a.m., four-vehicle accident on Walton Avenue.

7:46 a.m., caller is driving behind a SUV on Ky. 34 and the driver appears to be falling asleep; driver checked out OK and was just tired.

9:14 a.m., vehicle stop on the bypass; officer advised the female driver checked out OK and was attempting to work and drive at the same time.

11:52 a.m., report that a physical domestic altercation just occurred on Fox Run Trail; a male in a gray car attempted to pull a female who was walking, into the vehicle; unable to locate.

11:55 a.m., caller at Sycamore Street residence is advising that a female has choked and assaulted him; the caller has locked himself in the bathroom; female doesn’t know police have been called and she may be under the influence of Xanax; active warrants on the caller; arrest made.

1:41 p.m., two-vehicle accident in parking lot on Whirl-A-Way Drive.

2:29 p.m., two-vehicle accident on South Fourth Street.

3:21 p.m., a male is outside of dispatch office claiming to have just had a verbal domestic altercation and is claiming that his car was stolen; female is going to return the vehicle; officer on scene until she arrives.

3:24 p.m., a child is locked in a vehicle parked in garage at home; assistance given.

3:51 p.m., Enterprise Rent A Car is repmore than a week ago.

6:11 p.m., complaint that excessive vehicles are parked on both sides of St. Mildred’s Court and are causing a traffic hazard; officer advised no violations were seen.

6:43 p.m., female’s 9-year-old daughter is being harassed by a group of middle school boys in front of the residence; assistance given.

8:14 p.m., a 15-year-old juvenile is sitting on the side of the road; subject contacted and has been picked up by a neighbor.

9:43 p.m., subject from Beech Street is at police department lobby in reference to receiving harassing communication.

9:56 p.m., papers served to subject at Long Run Community Apartments; consent search given; arrest made.

10:51 p.m., caller is requesting an officer check on children at a neighbor’s home due to a verbal altercation that just occurred outside of the residence.
