Sigel Mitchell “Cowboy” Robinson, 83, husband of Jennifer Blanton Robinson, passed away at 4:55 a.m. Wednesday at his home.
A native of Breathitt County, he was the son of the late Tom and Lina Elam Robinson.
Mitchell was a fence builder and practiced the Pentecostal faith.
Additional survivors include four sons, Kenneth (Merry) Robinson, James and Larry Robinson and Mitchell (Teresa) Robinson; three daughters, Pansy Purvis, Bonnie Robinson and Donna Lynch; a number of grandchildren and great-grandchildren; two brothers, Gene (Bessie) Robinson and Fred (Joetta) Robinson; two sisters, Mary Hensley and Evlie Adams; and several nieces and nephews.
Services will be conducted at 2 p.m. Friday, May 11, at Scobee Funeral Home by Kathy Hunter.
Burial will follow in the West Bend Cemetery. Visitation will be 1 p.m. Friday.
