Hill St. Pentecostal hosts revival

Hill Street Pentecostal Church will host a weekend revival today and Sunday at 7:30 p.m. each night. Darrell Alexander will be the guest speaker.

Art and Drama VBS at First Presbyterian

First Presbyterian Church will host Vacation Bible School May 29-June 1 from 5:30 to 7:30 p.m. The theme is Art and Drama Experience God’s Creation Station. A light dinner will be served. Those planning to attend should call the church office at 744-3722.

First Baptist announces VBS plans

First Baptist Church, 32 E. Lexington Ave., will kick-off its annual Vacation Bible School with a carnival in the church parking lot Sunday, June 3 from 5:30-8:30 p.m. All carnival activities are free and the community is invited, however, small children should be accompanied by an adult. Bible school continues Monday through Friday, June 4-8, and will begin with dinner at 5:30 p.m. in the fellowship hall. To pre-register, go to www.fbcwinchesterky.com or call 744-2884. A nursery will be provided for children younger than pre-school age and transportation by church bus will be available upon request.

Central Baptist hosts book sale

Central Baptist Church will be having a book and curriculum sale Thursday, May 24 from 1-5 p.m. in the basement of the church located at 101 W. Lexington Ave. The sale is cash only. Enter the building from the back parking lot.
