HARRODSBURG — The following people were indicted recently by a Mercer County grand jury:
- Tammy L. Holt, 34, 1136 Bellows Mill Road, public assistance fraud for allegedly failing to report information affecting her ability to receive public assistance. Bond was set at $5,000. Bradley Reid testified before the grand jury.
- Brenda D. Savage, 35, 329 Greenville St., public assistance fraud for allegedly failing to report information affecting her ability to receive public assistance. Bond was set at $5,000. Reid testified before the grand jury.
- Stephanie A. Allen, 34, 540 W. Office St., public assistance fraud for allegedly failing to report information affecting her ability to receive public assistance. Bond was set at $5,000. Reid testified.
- Gregory C. Black, 29, flagrant nonsupport for allegedly falling more than $5,000 behind in child support payments. Bond was set at $5,000. Joyce Bast testified.
- Guy Thomas Floyd II, 27, of Hustonville, flagrant nonsupport for allegedly falling more than $5,000 behind in child support payments. Bond was set at $5,000. Heather Southers testified.
- Scotty Brown, 35, of Mount Vernon, flagrant nonsupport for allegedly falling more than $5,000 behind in child support payments. Bond was set at $5,000. Don Corney testified.
