Charles Andre Everett II, 25, a native of Clark County, also known as “Scooby,” died Tuesday, May 15, 2012.
He resided in Columbia, S.C., with his wife Lindsey Flood-Everett.
Charles was born in Detroit, Mich., on Dec. 10, 1986, to Charles and Glyness Everett, and when he was 5 he and his family came to live in Winchester, Ky.
Charles graduated from George Rogers Clark High School and attended Western Kentucky University.
PFC Charles Everett II was active in the U.S. Army and recently served a tour in Kuwait.
In addition to his wife and parents, he is survived by his son, Andre Malachi Everett; stepson, Elijah Flood; brother, Daniel Everett; sister, Marissa Everett; and a host of other relatives and friends.
