JUNE 3

1:47 a.m., complainant wants to report his wife and children are missing; 2:03 a.m., caller is requesting deputies go back out to residence and check again for an SUV; assistance given.

3:49 a.m., female caller on Toombs Court is requesting a male be removed from her property; she has asked several times but he has refused; officer escorting male to Grant Street.

4:16 a.m., officer walking on South Fourth Street looking for male who fled the area when he saw the officer; unable to locate.

7:35 a.m., report that a 34-year-old male has overdosed at residence; assistance given.

6:32 p.m., officer with subject at police department in reference to the other person never showing up for child custody.

6:51 p.m., subject is in police department lobby in reference to threats made to her son last night at the county fair.

10:15 p.m., residence on Earl Street has been burglarized and medication is missing; another subject from same Earl Street residence wants to file harassment charges.

10:54 p.m., two-vehicle accident reported in front of Taco Bell.

10:56 p.m., clerk at Chill's Dairy Mart is being harassed by three belligerent customers.

JUNE 4

12:26 a.m., report that it sounds like a fight is in progress near Chamber’s Marathon on Hustonville Road; officer in foot pursuit of two males heading toward Waveland and Lincoln avenues.

1:54 a.m., officer out with two males on Hustonville Road; juvenile released to a relative and arrest made.

2:10 a.m., caller is requesting to speak to an officer about her ex-boyfriend’s father making threats to come to her home and do bodily harm to her and her children; she advised that he has a key to the apartment.

4:10 a.m., verbal domestic altercation in progress at Ben-Ali Drive residence; he is attempting to take items out of the apartment; trouble settled.

7:35 a.m., caller is requesting an officer check on a female who is lying beside her motorized wheelchair on South Fourth Street,

7:43 a.m., a 78-year-old female may be deceased at residence; assistance given.

10:40 a.m., funeral escort requested from church to Camp Nelson; arrest made.

10:50 a.m., trailer has been stolen from Locust Street residence within the last two weeks.

12:02 p.m., resident from Beech Street is at police department in reference to harassment; female was advised to go to the sheriff’s office because she didn’t want to wait.

12:24 p.m., two-vehicle accident on Hustonville Road.

3:58 p.m., a female in the parking lot at McDowell Wellness Center may be having a heart attack; assistance given.

2:26 p.m., caller at Colonial Way residence is reporting that door-to-door solicitors are being very persistent and returned after the caller said she was not interested; extra patrol requested.

2:28 p.m., vehicle burglarized at Walmart parking lot; witnesses saw two males force entry to the vehicle; the victim and a witness are en route to Lincoln County to try and identify the suspect’s vehicle that Lincoln County Sheriff’s Office is out with.

2:28 p.m., caller saw pills in a plastic bag on the sidewalk on West Broadway.

3:13 p.m., a suspicious juvenile male was in the area between The Medicine Shoppe and Wilcher’s paint store about five minutes ago; he left his coat and was last seen walking toward Hustonville Road; while officer on scene, an employee received a suspicious text; assistance given.

3:37 p.m., subjects in upstairs apartment ae stomping in one area of the residence; officer advised it was a baby in a walker causing the disturbance, and the caller was told to call the landlord.

10:15 p.m., two-vehicle accident on South Fourth Street.

10:41 p.m., report of a physical altercation on Highland Court; both subjects are now separated; arrest made.

11:24 p.m., vehicle stop on North Danville Bypass; male under arrest.

JUNE 5

1:08 a.m., vehicle stop on Old Shakertown Road; it was a new driver learning to drive a stick shift.

11:18 a.m., building materials were stolen from property on North Sixth Street overnight.

11:21 a.m., criminal mischief to lawn and windows of residence on Madison Avenue overnight; the complainant witnessed multiple juveniles on bikes around the residence yesterday; extra patrol requested.

1:45 p.m., 3-year-old has been bitten by a small dog; EMS was turned down; 2:08 p.m., animal control has the dog.

2:46 p.m., female at Highland Court residence is trying to retrieve her property and she does have permission from the landlord to enter the property; assistance given.

3:19 p.m., male at police department lobby wants to file a report that items were stolen from his vehicle while it was parked at Speedway last night.

7:32 p.m., caller is attempting to get her belongs out of Highland Court residence, but when she opens the door, the other female locks it back; trouble settled.

7:45 p.m., a male is lying face down on side porch of North Fourth Street residence; assistance given.

11:25 p.m., physical altercation at Duncan Hill Road residence where a female is highly intoxicated; officer advised all subjects have left the scene except for the ones who are intoxicated.

11:37 p.m., extra patrol requested for Proctor Street area.
