Kenneth Rice, son of Mr. and Mrs. Thomas Rice of Clark County, received his A.B. degree in religion at commencement exercises at Marion College, Marion, Ind., on June 4.

Mr. and Mrs. Roy V. Scott, formerly of Lexington, have purchased a residence in Colby Hills owned by Art Nunn. Scott is an engineer.

SPRINGFIELD, Mass. (AP) — Edward M. “Ted” Kennedy, eager 30-year-old brother of the president and of the attorney general, was endorsed by weary, hoarse Massachusetts Democrats Friday night as a candidate of the U.S. Senate.
