Charged
— Chlandra C. Chenault, 34, of 218 Whitney Court, was charged Sunday with disorderly conduct, fourth-degree assault and terroristic threatening.
— Richard Glenn Ansell, 37, of 1336 Dale Drive, was charged Thursday with leaving the scene of an accident, driving under the influence, failure to maintain insurance and first-degree wanton endangerment.
— Gary W. Combs, 33, of 410 Market St., was charged Thursday with driving under the influence and reckless driving.
— Mitchell Stone, 48, of 32 Vine St., was charged Thursday with second-degree assault and disorderly conduct.

Reports
— At 5:25 a.m. Thursday, officers were called to 8 Cook Ave. concerning a domestic disturbance.
— At 8:22 a.m. Thursday, officers took a report concerning a moped stolen from the Brown Proctor Apartments overnight.
— At 12:27 p.m. Thursday, officers were called to 317 Carolina Ave. concerning the theft of a vehicle.

Accident
— At 2:06 p.m. Wednesday, officers responded to an injury accident on Bullion Boulevard in which Iris Gregory of Lexington was pulling into the Rite Aid parking lot and accidentally hit the accelerator instead of the brakes. Her car then struck another, driven by Charlene F. Mullins of 112-A Village Court. Gregory’s passenger Mathew Hall of Lexington was transported to Clark Regional Medical Center after complaining of dizziness.
