Our featured pets for this week are Daisy and Blaze. Daisy is a very sweet adult cat. She’s a tabby with white markings and pretty golden, yellow eyes. Daisy came to the shelter because her previous owner developed health issues. Daisy is very friendly. She has her playful moments, but her favorite activities are being held and petted. Daisy is spayed and is ready to find her forever home where she will be loved and receive the care that she deserves.
Blaze is a cute, 12-week-old Beagle mix puppy. He came to the shelter with several siblings from an unwanted litter. Blaze is simply precious, with a playful and curious personality. He’s going to make a wonderful companion and best friend for his lucky adopter.
You can see many of our other adoptable animals on our website at www.homes4pets.org.
June is “Adopt-A-Shelter Cat” month. To celebrate and to help our beautiful kitties find loving homes, the adoption fee for cats over 6 months of age will be $25 during the month of June. This includes the spay or neuter surgery, vaccinations, deworming and feline leukemia testing. We have many cats of all colors, sizes and personalities available. So, if you’ve been considering adding a kitty (or two) to your home, now is a great time to adopt.
