Elaine Shackelford: June 18, 2012

Elaine B. Shackelford, 70, died Monday, June 18.  Survivors include five children, Tim Shackelford and wife Debbie, Terri J. Weidemer, Jimmy G. and wife Kathy Shackelford, David W. and wife Frances, and Bradley J. and wife Amy Shackelford; 20 grandchildren; several great-grandchildren; one great-great-grandchild; several sisters and brothers; and other family members. She was preceded in death by two grandchildren. Services will be at 11 a.m. Thursday at Betts & West Funeral Home. Visitation was from 5-8 p.m. Wednesday at the funeral home. Bearers will be John Reed, Kenny Cox, Josh and Raymond Weidemer, and David and Canaan Shackelford. Honorary bearer will be Austin Hunter. www.BettsandWestfuneralhome.com.
