— At 4:52 p.m. Monday, Patrick Johnson of 323 Vanover Way reported that there were three unauthorized transactions on his bank account.
— At 8:40 p.m. Monday, Kevin Hall reported that a known person pulled a handgun and threatened to kill him as part of an ongoing situation.
— At 8:11 a.m. Monday, Tim Helton of 218 Robyn Drive reported that someone broke into Grace Baptist Church during the night. Nothing appeared to be missing, but chairs and doors were damaged.
— At 9:14 a.m. Monday, Tommy Bunch of 152 Skyline Drive reported that someone broke into Mount Zion United Methodist Church during the night. Nothing was missing but furniture and doors were damaged.
— At 5 p.m. Monday, Bruce Horstman of 3455 Wades Mill Road reported that someone broke into Mount Carmel Christian Church. Nothing appeared to be missing but offices and rooms were opened and one door jamb was damaged.
Accident
— At 3:48 p.m. Monday, deputies responded to an injury accident on Schollsville road in which Stephanie B. Lewis of 1210 Pilot View Road was traveling north when her car dropped off the edge of the road in a curve. She lost control of the vehicle, and it overturned before coming to rest on its top. She was transported to Clark Regional Medical Center with unspecified injuries.
