— Angela R. Crowe, 35, of 200 Hickory Lane, was charged Thursday with public intoxication and illegal possession of a legend drug.
— David Havens, 45, of Mount Sterling, was charged Thursday with public intoxication and possession drug paraphernalia.
— William Aaron Spencer, 22, of 701 W. Lexington Ave., was charged Thursday with alcohol intoxication in a public place, and tampering with physical evidence.

— At 5:02 p.m. Thursday, someone at 140 Boone Ave. reported credit card fraud.
— At 11:37 p.m. Thursday, a man at 1520 W. Lexington Ave. reported that a female flagged him down. She advised that her boyfriend had assaulted her.
