JULY 2 

12:16 a.m., caller at Southern States reports several subjects setting off fireworks in the area.

12:31 a.m., third-party caller reports two females in a verbal altercation in a white mini van going out Worldstown towards White Oak Road, seen going towards Junction City; unable to locate. 

12:59 a.m., vehicle enforcement on Fourth and Main streets. 

1:05 a.m., caller reports two hearing-impaired subjects are banging on the back door with a baseball bat. 

1:32 a.m., EPO service at Parkside East Apartments. 

1:35 a.m., welfare check of passenger car with its flashers on at Perryville Road near Salt River Road; unable to locate.

2:05 a.m., report of a white Ranger with several occupants near Grace Presbyterian Church; juvenile has been picked up by foster parents; assistance given. 

2:35 a.m., vehicle enforcement at Hustonville Road near C&M TV. 

2:47 a.m., vehicle enforcement near Arnold’s Glass and Window. 

2:49 a.m., vehicle enforcement at Second Street and Hustonville Road.

2:52 a.m., MDO¿at emergency room of Ephraim McDowell Regional Medical Center needs to go to a judge and be notarized.  

2:54 a.m., officers flagged down by two subjects on Second Street and Hustonville Road.

5:45 a.m., complainant at the Danville Police Department wants assistance in finding a place to live. 

5:53 a.m., report of a large tree that has fallen across the roadway on Pope Road; county road notified at 5:55 a.m. 

7:37 a.m., hang-up 911 call from McDowell Wellness Center; no answer upon callback; false alarm. 

8:36 a.m., officer returning property to home on Secretariat Drive. 

9:01 a.m., alarm going off at residence on Onstott Drive; officers spoke to someone on scene who gave improper passcode; she also is listed as a keyholder; resident having alarm issues; false alarm. 

9:32 a.m., paper service delivered to Heritage Hospice on Enterprise Drive. 

9:47 a.m., criminal summons issued on Perryville Road. 

9:57 a.m., report of a white male in the area wearing a white shirt, khaki pants, boots and glasses at the Danville City Parking Garage; assistance given. 

10:46 a.m., possible three-vehicle injury accident near Stuart Powell Ford-Mazda; assistance given. 

10:57 a.m., report of a black SUV parked in the roadway on Carrigan Drive, causing a traffic hazard; officer spoke to owner of vehicle, advised it was not parked illegally but it needed to be moved; owner advised it would be moved. 

10:59 a.m., report of a motorist assist at red light; tan Volkswagon with flashers on blocking traffic on Daniel Drive. 

11:24 a.m., report of an attempt to serve an EPO on a female individual; she left Comprehensive Care within the last 10-15 minutes; unable to locate.

11:40 a.m., attempt to serve an e-warrant on Carrigan Drive; arrest made. 

11:49 a.m., report of two males on Mark Avenue discussing buying and selling Xanax; small amount of marijuana found on one individual; citation issued. 

12:40 p.m., report of earlier subject hiding in the tree line near the Comprehensive Care Center parking lot; unable to locate.

1:30 p.m., vehicle escort from Stith Funeral Home on Broadway to Bellevue Cemetery. 

1:33 p.m., report of harassing communication on Spareaminute Avenue. 

1:57 p.m., officers present at 333 E. Main St. in reference to four golf clubs stolen from residence overnight.

3:35 p.m. report of a female in front of Ephraim McDowell Regional Medical Center nurses station pulling her IV¿out and threatening to leave. 

3:49 p.m., report of a Comprehensive Care worker on scene with an elderly male who is hearing impaired, requesting options referring to his caregiver, who has kicked him out of his own home; options given. 

4:07 p.m., vehicle enforcement at O’Charley’s Restaurant. 

4:29 p.m., caller on Stanford Avenue reports she was pushed by a male at the recycling center, and is now at 246 Waveland Ave.; assistance given, no assault.

4:38 p.m., request to report an allegation made by a male at Charleston Health Care Center/The Coach House.

4:44 p.m., report of property damage to a vehicle on Hillcrest Drive; person present requesting to file a criminal complaint; declined EPO.

4:47 p.m., EPO¿attempted on Madisonville Avenue; petitioner served. 

5:59 p.m., MDO at Ephraim McDowell Regional Medical Center needs to be taken to a judge. 

6:01 p.m., report of a child left in a gray Toyota Corolla at Liquor Barn; unable to locate.

6:43 p.m., vehicle enforcement on Danville Bypass; citation issued.
