— Anthony P. Day, no age given, of 18 Waveland Ave., was charged Monday with theft by unlawful taking.

Reports
— At 6:35 a.m. monday, officers were called to 233 W. Hickman St. concerning a theft.
— At 7:18 a.m. Monday, a person reported that medication was taken from his car at 517 Colby Ridge Blvd.
— At 12:36 p.m. Monday, officers were called to Walmart concerning a theft.
— At 12:47 p.m. Monday, a woman reported receiving a threatening phone call.
— At 3:58 p.m Monday, officers were called to 19 Wainscott Ave. concerning the theft of a purse.
— At 6:35 p.m. Monday, officers were called to 431 Oxford Drive concerning a sexual assault.
