Shannon Burdine, 44, of Crab Orchard, passed away Thursday, July 12, at his home.
Born Oct. 27, 1967, in Hamilton County, Ohio, Shannon was the son of George and Donna (Harness) Burdine. He was a Marine, truck driver for Ferrell Gas and a member of New Hope First Church of God.
Other survivors include his wife, Darlene York Burdine of Crab Orchard; two daughters, Kendra Ann (Brandon) Sanders and Elizabeth Sue Burdine; a son, William Shannon (Jessica) Burdine; sister, Susan Elaine Burdine; two grandchildren, Braydon and Christian Sanders; and uncles, aunts, cousins and friends.
Funeral services were July 16 at McKnight Funeral Home in Crab Orchard with Bro. Harold Harness officiating. Burial was in Ottawa Cemetery with military honors by American Legion Caswell Saufley Post #18 of Stanford.
