JULY 20 

1:06 a.m., an officer has been flagged down and told a subject was crushing up pills in a truck in the employee parking lot at Walmart; unable to locate subject.

5:14 a.m., caller’s ex is at Burckley Drive residence with his parents and they are refusing to leave; he also has broken out a window of the apartment; officer advised the male subject has left the scene and it was a verbal-only altercation with no threats and a window was not broken out.

7:16 a.m., report an elderly male driving a red car lost control on the bypass and struck a yield sign, and continued toward Danville on Old Stanford Road.

9:19 a.m., report a male wearing a T-shirt and shorts came to residence on Hustonville Road saying he was there from a mortgage company.

10:55 a.m., report of a small, silver-colored SUV all over the road and almost struck a pedestrian on the bypass; unable to locate.

12:07 p.m., report of a male in a large truck has passed out and there is a baby in the vehicle; another witness called and advised the driver was now in Peddler’s Mall.

1:12 p.m., two-vehicle accident on Jane Trail; 1:29 p.m., extrication complete.

2:28 p.m., social services is requesting police assistance in removing a child from a home.

4:52 p.m., assault just occurred at McIntyre Circle residence; victim was given her options; male suspect was not located.

6:39 p.m., report of a theft from Patchen Point Apartments; assistance given.

7:33 p.m., about 30 minutes ago the caller was threatened by a male at the Hub Coffee House; arrest made.

7:44 p.m., report a vehicle is leaking gas onto a parking lot on Hustonville Road; assistance given.

11:11 p.m., two-vehicle accident on South Danville bypass.

11:14 p.m., report of a neighbor dispute on Ben-Ali Drive that is not in progress; possible drug or alcohol intoxication involved.

JULY 21

12:37 a.m., a female in Latimer Heights is going door to door asking for money and she appears to be very confused; unable to locate subject.

12:38 p.m., physical domestic altercation in progress at Shaker Point Apartments; arrest made.

1:41 a.m., an intoxicated male is causing a disturbance and refusing to leave Robertson Lane residence.

1:49 a.m., a fight is in progress at Speedway; two males have left in a red SUV; one male is on scene with head injuries; subject refused treatment or transport to the hospital; tow company contacted and is en route; arrest made.

2:31 a.m., a male dressed in all black is skateboarding on U.S. 150; officer advised the subject was on his way to Burgin and was told to stay out of the road.

2:40 a.m., investigation at Off Broadway Homes; male under arrest for Casey County.

3:35 a.m., report of two males dressed in black seen attempting to get into several vehicles on High Street; officer out with the subjects at Fourth and Smith streets; officer checking out a subject on a bike on High Street.

4:43 a.m., there may be a prowler on Holladay Drive because the caller’s dog is barking inside the home.

5:29 a.m., caller reports it sounds like at least three subjects are in a verbal altercation behind residence on Old Shakertown Road.

11:44 a.m., report of a burglary to a garage on North Fourth Street.

1 p.m., Mercer County Relay for Life is requesting an escort on U.S. 127 North from Harrodsburg to south toward Junction City right now; called too late and units only able to assist at the Hustonville Road and bypass area.

1:02 p.m., two-vehicle accident on South Danville bypass and one lane is blocked.

1:18 p.m., report a male driving an older white car came to the caller’s door on Cloverdale Drive about 15 minutes ago attempting to sell laundry detergent; unable to locate subject.

1:34 p.m., two-vehicle accident on Stanford Road.

2:17 p.m., report of a male in a tan vehicle is driving with a suspended license; traffic stop with suspect on Lebanon Road; arrest made.

3:34 p.m., report of criminal mischief to caller’s vehicle on Allene Drive.

5:37 p.m., area search at Cream Ridge and White Oak roads.

7:36 p.m., report of a child has been left in a vehicle for about five to 10 minutes at Baskin Robbins; the windows are rolled up and the vehicle isn’t running.

8:32 p.m., there is a verbal disturbance in progress on Ashley Way over a vehicle; assistance given.

9:22 p.m., vehicle enforcement on Ashford; arrest made.

11:57 p.m., report of a black car is off the road on Stanford Road and a male and female appear to be having a verbal altercation; they may be intoxicated; arrest made; tow company contacted.

JULY 22

1:04 a.m., vehicle enforcement at Main Street and St. Mildred’s Court; arrest made.

2:38 a.m., arrest made at Gator Club.

3:29 a.m., a 29-year-old female at Hillcrest Drive residence believes she has alcohol poisoning; assistance given.

8:18 a.m., report of a stray dog walking around the fire department on Main Street and in the streets; assistance given and animal take to the humane society.

9:52 a.m., Fayette County Sheriff’s office is requesting officers attempt to serve an EPO on subject at Benedict Drive residence; officer advised the trailer has been removed and the given address no longer exists.

12:17 p.m., a male at Patrician Place residence has been told to leave but he is refusing; assistance given.

12:52 p.m., a young child is not wearing a seat belt or in a child seat and was seen flipping into the driver’s area in the vehicle; it was last seen going into the car wash on Jane Trail; the child’s grandmother has been asked to bring a proper child seat.

2:20 p.m., a male is unconscious on the sidewalk at the intersection of Patrician Place and Longview Drive.

2:23 p.m., is a verbal altercation is in progress on Berwick Drive; assistance given.

2:23 p.m., caller is reporting an attempted burglary that occurred “the other day”; extra patrol is requested for Whirl-Away Drive area over night.

2:35 p.m., report of a burglary to a residence on Hustonville Road that occurred yesterday; there was forced entry through the back door; caller is unsure of her address and she was in the mobile home park near the dispatch office.

3:22 p.m., an out-of-control female patient is in a room at the hospital; trouble settled.

7:48 p.m., report of a juvenile male who keeps pulling his pants down as people pass by; officer advised they were just fishing.

9:05 p.m., a male is banging on the caller’s doors and windows at East Main Street residence.
